Checking voicemail remotely

1. Dial the main number associated with your account.

2. When the IVR answers, push *98 or *97.

3. When prompted, enter your mailbox number. This is generally the same as your extension, but it may not always be. To see your voicemail box number, go to Smart PBX > Voicemail.

4. When prompted, enter your PIN.

You will now be in your voicemail menu just as if you called normally.
