How can I send SMS messages from the app?

In order to send & receive SMS messages through our mobile Cloudphone app, you must assign a dedicated DID to the user at the user level. See here for instructions. 

This will become the “from” number for your SMS messages. You cannot send messages from the Main Company Number.
