Call Recordings

In order to set up call recordings you need to have first connected your AWS S3 bucket. See accompanying documentation for details.

1. Once set up, open the Call Recordings app and choose the AWS instance to connect to

2. Click Configuration to choose how/when recording will occur

3. Click Stored Recordings to see a list of recordings (the actual files reside in your AWS)
