PBX Connector

1. Open the PBX Connector app, choose your brand from the list, and click Next

2. Enter a name for your PBX and click Next

3. Choose whether you want to authenticate via username & password versus IP (username & password is typically more secure)

4. Choose your PBX invite & compatibility format (specific to your PBX) and click Next

5. Choose Spare Numbers from the bottom right

6. Choose your DID(s) and click Assign

7. Your PBX is all set up and ready to use. You can now enter the username, password, and realm (from step 3, here) into your PBX and begin to make & receive calls from your assigned DIDs.

Setting up SIP Trunk Failover (Optional)

1. Click the gear icon and choose Failover

2. From here, you may choose to route the call to a backup number or SIP endpoint if your PBX is not available
