Disabling calling to specific destinations

1. From the Account Manager app, choose the account on the left.

2. From the top menu, choose Limits.

3. Under Call Restrictions, uncheck the destinations you want to disable access to.

4. In the bottom right, click Update (not visible in the screenshot below) to save your changes.

   

Never disable these on production accounts

For production accounts, do not disable access to Emergency Dispatcher or N11 Special Services. This is against regulatory compliance. These options only exist for your test accounts.

Restricting a single device instead

This restricts the whole account. To block calling for one device — for example when a customer has not paid — see Suspending a user’s service.
