Setting up a fax box

Disclaimer: Faxing over VoIP is comprised of many moving parts. Ultimately, there are failure points outside of our control, and we therefore cannot guarantee 100% reliability of eFaxing service. If faxing is critical to your needs, consider obtaining a separate POTS line. 

1. From Smart PBX, choose Main Number > Main Faxbox Number.

2. Choose Buy Numbers to get a new DID. 

Alternatively, if you already have spare numbers, you may choose Add from Spare Numbers.

2. Once you add your number, it will ask you to set the email where you would like to receive faxes. Enter this, and choose Save Changes

The fax box is now all set up. You may change the email anytime by choosing Edit Faxbox
