Enabling or disabling apps

This article illustrates how to add/remove apps for both your main account or your customer sub-accounts.

1. If you want to modify apps for a sub-account, you will need to masquerade it first. Otherwise, if you only want to modify apps for your main account, you can skip this step.

2. Open the app explorer, and click the App Exchange button on the bottom left

3. Find your app from the list, and click it. If you do not see the full app list, make sure you are logged in as an “Admin” user

4. Turn the switch to On, and choose either All users or Admin only depending on the access level you want provide. 

Choose Save when you’re done.

5. Repeat for all other apps you want to enable
