Accessing voicemail from your device

To access your own voicemail, dial *98 from your phone

To access another extension’s voicemail (such as the “Main Voicemail Box”) dial *97 + the extension number. You will need the password to login in this case.

Note: In order to access a VM box other than your own, the VM box needs to have set PIN Number set to meet minimal security requirements.

To set a PIN

In SmartPBX, click Voicemail Boxes and then click the wrench icon of the VM box

You can now set the PIN
