Conferences

Follow these steps to setup an audio conference centre.

1. Open the Conferences app, and choose Conferences > Create Conference

2. Configure the details. The Conference ID Number and  Participant PIN are what you will provide to your guests so that they can log in. The Moderator PIN is only for the conference owner

3. Click Save Changes when you are done, and you should see your newly created conference

You must now add a DID so users can call into it. 

4. From the top menu, choose Call-in Numbers and click Add Call-In Number

5. You may either assign an extension, add from your spare number inventory, or buy a new number.

6. Follow prompts from whichever option you choose

Your number will show as follows

To view a conference and see who is online, click the eyeball icon on the main conference screen

You will be brought to the details page where you can see its live status
