Where do I find the SIP username, password, and realm for a particular device?

1. Go to Smart PBX > Users, and click anywhere in the Devices table cell.

2. Click the device you need the credentials for (“John’s Mobile Device” in the example below)

3. The username, password, and realm will show in the popup box. In the image below, the password is masked, but you would just place the cursor anywhere in the box to reveal it

For IP phones devices, you may need to click into Advanced > SIP to see this info
