Where do I find the SIP username, password, and realm for a particular device?

1. Go to Smart PBX > Users, and click anywhere in the Devices table cell

2. Click the device you need the credentials for

   

3. The username, password and realm show in the popup box

   

   Revealing the password

   The password is masked by default — place your cursor anywhere in the box to reveal it.

For IP phone devices, you may need to click into Advanced > SIP to see this information.
