How do I set a distinctive ringtone?

Before you start

This article only applies to devices you have provisioned using our Advanced Provisioner app. The device must also support distinctive ring capabilities — check your device manual to confirm.

1. Open Advanced Provisioner, and choose Devices.

2. Click the gear icon for the device you want to modify, and choose Configure.

   

3. Choose Preferences.

   

4. Scroll down to the Distinctive Ringtone section, and edit Internal Ringtone and External Ringtone as desired.

   Note

   The availability of this feature, and the number of available ringtones, depends on the specific device.

5. Once completed, click Save.
