Uploading an MP3 for my IVR greeting

1. Go to Smart PBX > Main Number > Incoming Call Handling

2. Choose the route you want to upload your greeting for — Open Hours, After Hours, or Holiday

3. Choose Virtual Receptionist

   

4. Expand Upload your own audio file

5. Browse for and choose your file, then click Update

6. Click Save when completed

   

Don’t skip the final save

Clicking Update attaches the file, but the greeting is not live until you click Save.

Check your file format first

Greetings must be MP3 with PCM, 16 bit, 8 kHz, mono encoding — see what audio format do I need?
