Setting the number of rings until voicemail

1. Open the Smart PBX app, click Users, and click the user you would like to edit

2. Change the Ring Timeout to your desired value and click Save

   

Converting rings to seconds

Ring Timeout is set in seconds. A single ring is roughly 6 seconds, so 4 rings is about 24 seconds.
