Include a user in the company directory

The Virtual Receptionist comes with a special route called SmartPBX Directory that allows callers to begin typing the name of a user on their telephone’s keypad, and receptionist will route it to the user whose name matches.

In order to include a user in the company directory, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Smart PBX app, click Users and choose the user you wish to add

  2. Ensure that Include User in the Company Directory is checked and click Save
